1. How many Johnny Blues will I need for my job site?

One Johnny Blue will accommodate 10 workers; per 40 hour workweek, when serviced one time per week.  If you have special hours, increases in labor – we offer extra cleanings. If you have any questions regarding service and pricing, contact our office at 800-972-8420 or 540-665-0968.

 

2. How many Johnny Blues will I need for my special event?

A Standard Portable Toilet accommodates approximately 100 uses per 5-hour period.  Adding a Sink decreases the capacity to 80 uses per unit. When considering Handicap Accessible guests, a rule of thumb is 1 per cluster of 10 rentals.

 

3. What geographic area does Johnny Blue Service?

We service the Northwestern Tip of Virginia; which includes Winchester, Leesburg, Hume, Flint Hill, Woodstock, Front Royal, Gore, Berryville, Bluemont.  Our service fleet is inspected, insured, and bonded.  We also have government clearance for entering top security sites.  We can also sometimes service area outside these boundaries.  Just give us a call, and an area representative will help with your questions.

4. What minimum service is performed each week for my restroom that stays on route or site?

1.    Evacuate the holding tank.

2.    Remove debris.

3.    Scrub and sanitize all surfaces including walls, urinal, toilet seat, and floor.

4.    Add fresh water and deodorant solution to tank.

5.    Replace urinal cake (as needed).

6.    Replenish supplies.

7.    Complete or schedule needed repairs.

 

5. What if my unit is inaccessible for service?

Our driver will make all reasonable attempts to service the unit(s).  The unit will be cleaned, and supplies restocked.  If the Johnny Blue was not accessible; it will be noted in your order as to why the unit was only partially serviced.  If the unit is only partially serviced due to being blocked, behind locked gate or the like, you may request us to return to the site prior to your next scheduled route day for an additional fee.

 

6. What additional options are available on my Johnny Blue?

The following additional options are available at your request to add to any of our restrooms:

1.    Hand Washing sinks with soap

2.    Paper Towels

3.    Hand Sanitizer

4.    Lock and Key

5.    Chain/Stake to secure the unit

6.    Damage Waiver Protection (construction only)

7.    Women and Men decals.

 

7. How do I make a Payment or set up an Account?
